Lonely Planet* - lovely travel books bursting with lots of info and photos. Great website full of practical information about destinations and a range of interesting articles to read. Rough Guide - great range of books packed with info on everything from accommodation to maps and much more. Not so keen on their website as it's a bit clunky and not much information. Bradt - beautiful travel guides with lots of photos. Really diverse range, with books dedicated to countries which are rarely covered by other series. Lots of interesting articles on their website about all kinds of destinations and experiences. Our Tribe Travels - fab site for those travelling with children of all ages. Loads of great advice and a brilliant network of members on Facebook who have travelled/ are travelling far and wide and are happy to share their advice and wisdom. Club Bebe Voyage - great site for those travelling with young children and babies. With sections on baby traveling gear, baby travel checklists and keeping Zen! Active Facebook community of other parents who you can tap for top tips. Word of Travelling - built by and for travellers this website has over 10,000 blog posts from different bloggers about a huge range of destinations. They also have some interesting articles including one on how to find travel bloggers who match your interests. The Guardian & The Independent Newspapers - Both newspapers have an amazing travel section and all their articles can be found online. Culture Trip - blogs, vlogs, info and inspiration for thousands of places around the world. |
